Check In / Out Procedure
Check In time is at 2.00 PM. Kori Ubud will try to accommodate early arrivals in the first available room (Based on room type requested).
Check Out time is at 12.00 noon. Reception will endeavor to offer extended check out times, subject to availability however this cannot be guaranteed. Upon arrival at Kori Ubud guests will be greeted by Front Office staff who will escort them to their room and offer welcome drink while registration process.


Airport Transfer
We are delighted to offer car transfer to and from Bali International Airport for fee. Advanced reservations are required.

Season Policy
Low Season ( January 8th to July 31th, September 1st to December 23rd ).
High Season ( August 1st to 31th).
Peak Season ( December 24th to January 5th ).

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee equivalent to one night accommodation will be charged if cancellation is made less than 7 days ( Low season), 14 days (High season) and 30 days (Peak season) prior to arrival date at Kori Ubud. If any event such written notice is not received within the limit stated or in event the guest is no-show, one days charge will be applied automatically.

Term of Payment
All accounts are to be settled upon departure unless proper credit arrangement have been made with the Kori Ubud.
